All information provided through BargainScreen™ Interactive Tool (“BargainScreen”) is owned by or licensed to Realty Counselors Inc. and its affiliates and any user is permitted to analyze, reformat, print and display the BargainScreen™ information only for such user's personal use. In no event shall any user publish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise reproduce any information obtained through BargainScreen™ tool in any format to anyone, and no user shall use any information or data obtained through BargainScreen™ Interactive Tool in or in connection with any business or commercial enterprise, including, but not limited to, any investment, real estate, accounting, banking, legal or media business or enterprise.

BargainScreen™ Interactive Tool has been developed by Realty Counselors Inc. and is provided to the users with an understanding that it be used to pre-screen real properties available for sale. BargainScreen™ is no more than a pre-screening tool. Hence, it cannot and does not substitute the advice of a competent professional.
